Socio-Economic Assessment and Social Value

Temple’s Communities team specialises in the assessment of socio-economic, health and equality related impacts. Temple advises clients on the best ways to both create and measure social value within their plans, strategies and projects, utilising effective stakeholder strategies, co-creation and Social Return on Investment (SRoI) techniques.

We help our clients build an understanding of the communities affected by infrastructure and development, enabling them to maximise social benefits and community support. We have worked on a range of major property, transport and infrastructure projects and carry out work at all stages of plans and projects. This includes contributing to EIA’s with socio-economic, health and population chapters, the production of standalone documents e.g. Equality Impact Assessments, and the provision of bespoke advice and research on social value, economic and health strategy and community participation.
